Service Description
PvtNote provides a secure note-sharing service that allows users to:
- • Create encrypted notes with automatic expiration
- • Share notes via secure links
- • Optionally protect notes with passwords
- • Set notes to delete after first reading
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PvtNote only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- • Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe on intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to compromise the security of the service
- • Use the service to spam or harass others
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the system
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you share through PvtNote. We:
- • Cannot access or read your encrypted notes
- • Do not monitor or moderate content
- • Are not responsible for the content you share
- • May remove content that violates these terms
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
- • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
- • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- • Notes may be lost due to technical issues
- • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service
Rate Limiting
To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting. Excessive use may result in temporary restrictions on your access to the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PvtNote is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties including:
- • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- • Non-infringement of third-party rights
- • Data accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- • Uninterrupted or error-free service
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PvtNote or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination
